Payment terms

• Non refundable 30% deposit due within 7 days (if no special terms on invoice)
• Additional 20% deposit due within 6 months
• Final 50% balance due 60 days prior to check in 

Cancellations and refunds

Failure to make payment by the due date will entitle bingin retreat to cancel your booking whereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited as specified below and the balance of any deposit unpaid shall remain payable. A cancellation includes not proceeding with your booking and the dates booked.

• All cancellations must be notified by email.
• If a booking is cancelled or has the nights reduced more than 60 days prior to arrival date there will be a cancellation fee 
    of 30% of the total cost of the booking or 30% of the cost of the reduced number of nights.
• If a booking is cancelled or has the nights reduced 30 to 60 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of 
    the total cost of the booking or 50% of the cost of the reduced number of nights.
• If a booking is cancelled or has the nights reduced 1 to 30 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of 
    the total cost of the booking or the cost of the reduced number of nights.
• If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.
• No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in.
