Villa Bingin Retreat is a great venue for an event, the villa is located in central Bingin, which makes it convenient to find plenty of accommodations for the guests.
We can easily find 8 additional bedrooms in our others villas at walking distance :

The Yoga Bale, can indeed be used for Yoga Retreats but also for weddings.
The kitchen can be used by an appointed caterer or a Chef and its team; its capacity should be sufficient for an event up to 50pax. For larger events, the caterer will need to install a satellite kitchen in the back garden area. For smaller events (up to 50), there is only one guests washroom and bathroom in the villa and the EO will need to consider adding a mobile washroom if necessary.
The Parking area must remain clear for guests arrival/departure the day of the event. Note that operating U-turns on the parking areas with more than 3 cars can be an issue.
An Event Organizer will be required to hold your event at Villa Bingin Retreat.

We recommend guests bedrooms to be locked during the event. Fireworks, fire dances and fire lanterns are not recommended in the area.
Note that the villa can show some flexibility to make the most out of your event as long as everything is in coordination with the EO (moving furniture, special requirements, etc.).
